Custom birth chart books, personalized pieces, made-to-order items, and anything created specifically for you are final sale. Once production has begun, these purchases cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Intimate, Beauty & Ritual

Some things are simply too personal to be passed along.

For hygiene and product integrity, lingerie, intimate items, skincare, body care, fragrance, oils, soaps, cosmetics, and other beauty or personal-care products are final sale.

Everything Else

​

Unused, unworn, and non-personalized merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and tags where applicable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If Something Isn't Right

Your order should arrive exactly as intended.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund when applicable.
